Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your rental date. If we are able to accommodate your requested date, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the booking form. Payment must be made within 24 hours of receipt to confirm your reservation. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. To cancel or reschedule your rental, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date. Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
